DeepFUN Meditation Classes?
Ever since my Dental Awakening, I've been exploring and inventing the art of DeepFUN Meditation.
Today I realized I should probably be teaching DeepFUN Meditation often and everywhere.
First Daughter and New Mother Shael and I we're talking about how important it is, while breastfeeding, to focus, to meditate so that you can be doing and thinking of basically nothing else than you and the baby. And we started talking about how we could make that meditation time a fun time - that there are Playful Ways to inner peace for the mother and deep connection with the infant. And I started thinking about the sheer raw joyous fun that women could be creating for themselves and their infants. And I started thinking about the sheer agony that women create for themselves and their infants.
And I started thinking, yes, DeepFUN Meditation.
ME and WE. Serious and Silly. Yes, and again yes.
