Evil or Stupid?

This week's FunCast makes the rash conjecture that there is no such thing or being as "evil," whilst both acknowledging and affirming the existence of the clearly related phenomenon of "stupidity." The text for this all this stupidity can still be found here.

shinsato said...: Humorous and brilliant. Your observations here made me laugh, especially when I first heard it in your funcast. But it's also very perceptive. Evil doesn't have an independent existence, it's just an absence of the light or the good. How wonderful to say it was invented by the intelligentsia so they can feel less stupid. But saying that Evil is Stupid takes away all the glamor. Huzzah!
