Temporary art
Food sculptures by Jim Victor, "Sculptor-Constructivist," redefine what playing with food is all about. I'm forever touched and amazed by what you might call "temporary art." From the mystical beauty of Sand painting to the fragile spectacle of Ice Sculpture.
As with all art, it's a question of taste. And for me, the tastiest of temporary arts can be found in the clearly consummable delights I find in the delicate delicacies of coffee and food art.
