Day 1
9am-10:40am Repertoire-building: play a few large group games (moderate and low activity) - discuss the different opportunities for fun each game presented, identify other factors that contributed to the fun
11am-12:30pm Game facilitation: practice teaching and leading any games you might know that are similar, identify how leaders helped make the games more fun
1:30pm-3:10pm Game adapting (part one): work in smaller groups, identify a specific population and modify any of the games we've played so that they'd be fun for those people, and everyone else who wants to play. Try the game out with another group. Decide how to make it better
3:30pm-5pm Game adapting (part two): play a few more games, select a different population, and discuss how you might change the game for each, meet in the large group and present your adaptation, discuss in large group what made each adaptation successful
8pm-9:40pm Repertoire building: word games, fantasy games, small and large group
Day 2
9am-10:40am Repertoire-building: play a bunch of small group games (moderate and low activity) and do pretty much the same that we did on the first day with the large group games
11am-12:30pm Game adapting: form new groups. In each group decide on one of the games we played in the previous session, and a population you might adapt it for. Change the game accordingly. Lead it with two different groups. Discuss the differences.
1:30pm -3pm Session debrief: next steps, where to go for more, general Q&A, final game
