I would replace Guilt with worry, but brilliant!
I think of guilt and worry being the same process – tossing your now on a place where you have no power.
Guilt is standing in your now and throwing it backward Worry is standing in your now and looking forward
Either position leaves you powerless…

I love dials in general. I need to think about this particular one some more. (Fun concept of a contraption feeling broken, when the only moving part is one’s own finger.)
