Game TastingsSunday afternoon's, at Major FUN's house or a nearby coffee house in Redondo Beach, California... Major FUN, and a random sampling of the Playful Few (some regulars, neighbors and people who sign up through the Los Angeles People's Connectiion) gather around and "taste" some of the games recenty received from manufacturers who've expressed interest in the program. We get the games for free, and we don't charge for the review or award. We have only 90 minutes, and try to get a good sense of at least two games. Based on the collective taste, Major FUN decides on whether or not the game is Major FUN Award -worthy. If it is, he writes it up on his Daily Briefings and lists it on the awards page.
